The hotel is just steps from major attractions like the Two Towers and the lively Quadrilatero market, making it easy to stroll through the enchanting streets of bologna and enjoy delicious local cuisine, while the spacious rooms and friendly staff created a warm atmosphere .

We had a very nice stay, the hotel was pleasant, fairly clean, with incredible location close to all attractions. The room was nice looking and great-sized, had clean functional bathroom. The breakfast was satisfactory and with many options, the staff was extremely friendly.

My bed was very comfy and the room was lovely looking and good sized with tv. The staff was extremely friendly, as for 3-stars hotel.

Oh, where do I start with the eats? The nearby Ristorante Donatello is a treasure for authentic Bolognese dishes, while Trattoria del Rosso stole the show with its mouthwatering pasta! Not to mention the cozy rooftop terrace for unwinding after a day of delicious adventures. A friendly staff that feels more like family.

A bit of a hiccup with the heating system left me chilled at night, and the TV was positioned awkwardly-definitely a challenge for late-night viewing!

Break was a bit basic but I think that is just the Italian breakfast.

the breakfast was fresh and great, had good choice of food like pastries, croissants, yogurt, fruit, and eggs. the room was airy, silent with 3 opening windows and the overall experience was good.

The noise in the room by the reception was unbearable. The air conditioning struggled to cope with the intense heat, quite frustrating. The Wi-Fi was unreliable. It only worked in the common areas, leaving me disconnected in my room.

Location next to all the major sights in Bolgna. Located in a quiet street.

I had an accident and sprained my leg requiring a walking aid. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast included in the room price was good with a choice of brakfast foods. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it.

Friendly staff, spacious room, with a mini fridge making my stay enjoyable while being in a good neighborhood near train station and restaurants.

The location and the helpful and friendly staff,who exceeded our expectations.

One of the rooms had an unpleasant smell due to the proximity of the canal and the heat - but the staff moved our friends as son as an an alternative room was free.

Hotel was excellent. Great location just off main street. Staff very helpful, printed off train timetables to Modena & parma for us. Room was a little dark as it faced onto the internal court yard. Breakfast was a little limited but enough to get you through until lunch. Would definitely stay there again.

Next door to Beata Uhse shop gave impression of 'red light' district though was not really.

The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was good, location is excellent (close to main shopping street and piazza maggiore)

No bath tub, no facilities. Rooms are good, but hotel does not provide any amusement.
